    He's being carted in here as an "opponent" for Jayson Velez, who I'm pretty sure is promoted by Cotto.

    It's a step up for Velez, so he'd better not sleep on Sanchez under the assumption that he can make easy work of him like Villa did. Sanchez has improved a bit since then, and Villa was a very high-class gatekeeper (had a FOTY candidate with Rogers Mtagwa a few years back, not long before Mtagwa gave JuanMa Lopez all he could handle...)

    If Jayson knocks him out, he takes a step toward establishing himself as the next big thing from PR. (filling the void that Vazquez Jr., Tito Bracero, Thomas Dulorme, Mantequilla Gonzalez, and a few other young guns have been trying to fill in the hopes of carrying the mantle after Cotto retires)

    Why are they showing a right hand landing on Pirog as a highlight for Jacobs. Damn shame.
    Danny trying to say the cancer is what caused him to lose to Pirog. Nope, not buying it.

    I'm glad he caught the cancer in time though. Very glad to see him alive, let alone boxing.
