    He isn't misrepresenting himself at all. His name happens to be the same as his uncle's. It has been since birth.

    He happens to also box. Yeah, he's merely a journeyman and was never bound for ATG glory like his uncle - but so what?

    The only thing you could possibly construe as aping the original Sal is the look (the haircut and the trunks), which everyone makes too much of. It's called a ****ing tribute.

    If you were a journeyman boxer and had an ATG uncle, you wouldn't honor him the same way?

    He isn't obligated to be some amazing blue-chip prospect on pain of disrespecting his uncle's memory. He's simply respecting his memory as best he can while doing what he does.

    It isn't like he's gained anything by using parts of his image. The guy has seriously been earning peanuts on undercards and Solo Boxeo/Telemundo type broadcasts for years now.
