This as well. Which is why Canelo must fight Trout. Lets unify 154 already. Look at Gabriel Rosado, taking on a monster puncher like GGG. Thats what boxing is all about. Canelo could learn a thing or two...

Trout is a natural 154lber, Mayweather isn't. Simple and obvious. How's the Amir Khan nuthugging going?, resorted to trolling after that ended?

Yep! Attempting to land flurries which really didn't land in the last ten seconds, really wasn't enough. He was struggling throughout to get to the bigger man and land anything of note continuously. Didn't establish a rhythm.

It's wonderful, thank you. No, I just like to occasionally stir emotions at 5AM, but I must be off. Goodnight. :hi:

Terrible strategy by Diaz tonight. WTF were they thinking, that Cotto could actually bully the bigger man?? smfh

Its a good win for Trout. But other than that what does it mean? Can Trout have the same success at 160 or 168? Those questions are still unanswered. Is Trout the best at 154? Possibly. Lets see how good he is vs a natural 154 fighter who actually possesses a good right hand in Canelo.

They had to get the fight on the inside, I can understand that, they knew they weren't going to win a boxing match on the outside, but Cotto simply couldn't stop from being tied up on the inside, and when he was free wasnting doing enough on the inside and getting smothered.

Alvarez will break Trout's ribs, even if Trout is a natural 160 lb. fighter.

Then they simply shouldn't have taken the fight.

It was funny that Cotto was having more success when he was backing up fighting off the backfoot. There is only so much Pedro can do when ur guy is going up against a bigger, more athletic, slick fighter like Trout. Only other plan would be to rough Trout up and get a little dirty. Im glad miguel didnt resort to that but i dont know what else they could have done. Trout is a very well rounded fighter

They should've came in lighter and worked on speed a bit more.
