Peter Quillin vs. Jermain Taylor

Discussion in 'World Boxing Forum' started by Juiceboxbiotch, Dec 2, 2012.

  1. It isn't finalized yet, but according to ESPDaN, Peter "Kid Chocolate" Quillin is expected to face Jermain Taylor on the undercard of Garcia vs. Judah Feb. 9th on Showtime.

Can Jermain reclaim middleweight glory? Or should we be concerned for his safety? :think

If Quillin is patient an counters over the jab he should win. But Taylor's still dangerous.

****. I hope Taylor doesn't get hurt too bad in this one. Quillin would be my pick and I'm pretty comfortable with it.

    Quillin by knockout.
Jermaine's brain has bled and suffered enough.
he is not the kind of fighter who can afford a long career
should retire now or will become another Terry Norris

I don't think Quillin should be fighting Taylor after his recent loses, also the fact that there is many good match ups at 168 lbs that could be made such as against Macklin, Golovkin, Pirog, Sturm or Geale.

Why are JT's people doing this to him.
JT is gonna get KO'd badly, he doesn't have the punch resistance or stamina to fight Quillen.

At this point we can only hope JT comes out of the fight safely.

When I saw this thread I automatically expected a prime for prime hypothetical thread. This **** is pathetic.

GBP already got this dude Pirog's belt via politics, time for him to fight another beltholder.
