    Haglar walked through Tommy Hearns punches... enough said. At 160 I don't think there was anybody who could stop Haglar. Outbox maybe. But that would take a hell of a boxer to even do that. Marvin could do it all

    People are really ignorant when it comes to Hagler's style. Just like they often are with Leonard.

    Hagler against Hearns was perhaps the greatest "out-of-character" performance ever.

    Call me biased but Marvin Hagler is the greatest middleweight I have seen in my lifetime. He was tough, slick, could brawl if need be and took on all comers. AND he avenged his 2 early defeats which says to me he didn't like anyone getting the better of him and wouldn't rest til he won!!

    Even in Classic you see this from time to time, "Hagler v Tiger OMG imagine the war!!!!" and they're both counterpunchers :lol:

    To many in that argumen to pick just one, but they're there or thereabouts. There never were two more iron wills. Tiger possibly wasn't even a MW, his discipline to make 160lbs over and over again was insane.

    I've been 'dissing' Hagler just a bit lately, but 100% of the blame falls squarely on redrooster's shoulders. He got to me. :twisted:

    What does Golovkin present Haggler that he hasn't seen before and dealt with effectively? Power? Look what happened to Mugabi -- probably a better all-around fighter than Golovkin.
