There is nothing wrong with Canelo fighting Cotto first if he fights Trout after. Serioisly who doesnt wanna see two of the most EXCITING fighters in Canelo and Cotto square off? That has FOTY written all over it.

So if Canelo beats Cotto, does he get any credit? And if he fights Trout after, does he deserve respect?

 

Cotto has been blown out in his last 2 fights. He has won about 5 of the last 24 rounds he has fought in. Come on man!!!

 

Dude you're kidding yourself if you think Canelo's next move after he fights cotto is going to be fighting Trout. There's not really much more to say.

 

Hes also fought two slick defensive fighters, one possibly being the best fighter of this generation. So ****in what if he didnt win. Hes still a threat at 154 and a huge step up for Canelo. Regardless of that its going to be an incredibly exciting fight. A war that will very likely be a foty candidate.
