Tyson would have beaten wlad pretty easy and heres why

Bad style match up for Wlad. Tyson in his prime was difficult to hit with the jab, Bruno, Thomas and Holmes all failed to use their jabs to keep Tyson at a distance.

The jab and grab style Wlad has isn't going to work over the course of 12 rounds. The jab and grab only works if you can consistently beat your opponent to the punch, which is unlikely against such a fast and explosive fighter like Tyson.

Wlad would need durability and a better inside game to have a chance of winning. I think he outboxes Tyson early but Tyson gets to him and stops him inside 6 rounds.

If anyone manages to get under the jab, he either grabs them and leans his massive frame and weight on them or backpedals out of the range.

Theres no mid range with Wlad, he either has you at the end of his jab or he leans on you
