46-0 and when he becomes a two weight division champ fighting outside oakland.

Till then his going to be remembered as a guy that lost to Darnell Boone.:rofl:rofl:patsch

Ward has good wins in Kessler, Froch & Dawson.

Calzaghe has good wins in Kessler, Lacy, Hopkins, Eubank & Ried.

Not sure how people rate Ward higher than Calzaghe at this stage. If you had to rate their wins in order I would say

    1- Calzghe over Kessler
    2- Calzaghe over Hopkins
    3- Ward over Froch
    4- Calzghe over Eubank
    5- Ward over Kessler

So Calzaghe has the better wins & Ward has about 4-5 years of prime left to put Calzghe in his shadow.

But then again, Ward could go down hill.

The copy and paste boxrec king has returned!

    Bailey, Bailey, Bailey.

This forum just wouldn't be the same without you! Ha!

I've answered your questions THREE TIMES!

For the 4th time, the answer is ZERO!

Everytime you copy and paste those questions, I'm going to reply with the following:

How many OPPORTUNITIES has Andre had to defeat top undefeated fighters?

    Andre is 28 years old.

How old was Joe when he beat Lacy? The answer is 34.

That's SIX YEARS older than what Andre is now!

What about Kessler? The answer is 35.

That's SEVEN YEARS older than what Andre is now.

Joe struggled with Reid at 27!

What did he do at 28?

He had a stinker against David Starie and then he beat Sheika.

What did he do at 29?

He fought Super Mario Veit and Sugar Ray McIntyre!

Compare both fighters at 28, and Joe doesn't look as great!

You're comparing stats between a 28 year old Andre Ward, who's had 26 fights, to Joe who had 46 fights and retired at 36.

That's a difference of TWENTY FIGHTS and EIGHT YEARS! Ha!

Get up early in the morning, and go and see your Doctor!

I voted Never. There are no top notch fighters in SMW or LHW at the moment, they are all either past it, a little green or just not very good. So unless a quality opponent emerges and Ward finally figures out how to apply for a passport so he can go traveling then he will always be a hype job who is in the shadow of Joe Cal.

No, that's not it. The problem with bailey's questions (as I've told him before) is not that people are ducking them. It's that they don't mean anything lol.

First and foremost, an undefeated champion is rare. (or is supposed to be anyway) A lot of undefeated champions are fabricated nowadays.

I get the feeling that if Ward beat these imaginary fighters, bailey would simply say that they weren't real champions to begin with. That's why his logic fails on this undefeated champion bull****.

Whether Ward has eclipsed Calzaghe at this point is up for debate. I can see both sides of the argument. Thing is, give Ward two or three fights more and he will be the undisputed SMW GOAT, and that won't be up for debate.
