Would Matthysse be a difficult fight for Mayweather?

Lucas is a JWW.

 

Doesn't really matter. Mayweather isn't exactly a huge WW. Lucas would probably outweigh him on fight night.

 

I get all that but... He is a lil' guy.
Would Mayweather come down to 140 or force Lucas to 147lbs?

I think it'd be a 8-4 type competitive decision for Floyd. Matthysse has no notable fights at WW, and I love the guy but his third best victory is Corley. Call me crazy, I acknowledge I am in the extreme minority, but I scored the Zab fight live to Zab by 1 point. Matthysse has gotten much better since then, though.

 

It's a better W than one over Brandon Rios, that's for damn sure...

Floyd would never fight mattyhsse it would be to much of a risk its a very difficult fight for him and I think mattyhsses constant body punching would be the deciding factor

I think you meant to say pacquiao wont fight anybody dangerous unless they come off a loss or look ripe. Mayweathers last 5 opponents were coming off fresh wins over champions moron.

Anyway to answer the thread if 140 mayweather would easily win wide UD but at 147 i see it being a more competitive fight but mayweather winning UD
