How can people call Klitschko an ATG?

Tyson and Holyfield don't belong,Wlad does.Both were soft fighters and Wlad would of destroyed both of them.Only Ali,Foreman,Holmes had the skills Wlad has.Only Foreman had the power.

I consider Wlad an ATG on longevity and longevity alone. He would be pretty much the first HW ATG to not have a single relevant win on his resume but it is what it is I suppose. You clearly can't take away his streak over such a long strech. Haye and Byrd are his two best wins and both are nothing but B-level. So depending on what your criteria for ATGness look like, the OP's suggestion that Wlad ain't an ATG is not too far-fetched even though I disagree.

 

wlad is a respectable champion and damn good one. I'd put him in the top 20 ATG HW's somewhere around 18-19. H2H there's a lot of fighters that knopck his head off though and his resume is pathetic but it's not his fault there was no one good to fight and he beat everyone and clearly ruled his era which is worth something. he's a true professional as well.

 

wlad is an ATG, how can a guy rule a division for 8 years and not be considered all time great. he did fight solid oposition, he doesn't have an ATG on his resume... but he has solid fighters in Byrd (twice), chagaev, Peter (first win was prime peter), Haye... along with other notable wins. these are my two cents.

Both Klitschkos are good boxers, but problem with Wladimir is he has a glass chin, and even worse, he doesn't have the ability or heart to recover once his glass chin is touched. Hes developed the boxing skills to protect that weak chin of his but I just can't call him an ATG.

Vitali is a different matter. He has size/reach advantage, good boxing skills, great intelligence, knockout power, and most importantly an iron chin. He doesn't panic when he gets hit like Wladimir does. I have a lot of respect for Vitali as a result. Also he seems to get better with age.

Vitali has the highest KO percentage in boxing history. Vlad is in the top also. Vlad won the gold medal back in 1996, superheavyweight division. Vitali and Vlad can beat every boxer on the planet in any weight division and that's a fact. SOB Ward would have zero chance vs. a Klitschko, Seth Mitchell was supposed to beat Vitali or Vlad, but HBO lost their favorite! Void Mayweather would have no chance vs. a Klitschko, no fighter out there in any division has a chance. Hell, Void is runnning from Pac and Martinez!
