how can people say they dont care ??.....maybe its me, but how can you like boxing and not appreciate those fights...and not look forward to this one ??

 

I agree with you, Dougie. How anyone cannot look forward to it is beyond me. You're guarenteed a action packed, high quality, high contact, super competitive fight everytime they fight. It's so refreshing to see this being done (world class fighters fighting eachother more than once) in this modern era. Fans should be lapping it up. It's not like Pacquiao needs to fight Marquez either. He's already fought a guy who has his number 3 times. That's almost unheard of in these times. People should enjoy it because this is how the sport used to be in the golden era.

Manny Pac fights like a ******, without this bionic speed, stamina, and power which he some how gained afew years back..? Down to steroids in my opinion.

Without these bionic capabilities, he's a small welterweight, with decent speed, decent power, and a average defence.

It has been the most overrated boxing rivalry of the past 20 years.

did you not take anything positive from marquez's performance last time....the tactics he used, his great distance work keeping half a step off pacquaio at all times and countering him perfectly.....did you not appreciate any of that?

what sort of boxing matches do you like ??....thats not a cheeky question..i'm honestly curious.

 

I think Pacquaio needs to get back to the raging, aggressive approach. Pacquaio has impoved technically over the years, but ironically that doesn't help him against Marquez. He does better against Marquez when he's not trying to think and just reacting instinctively and fighting a more aggressive, high octane fight, with rapid fire combinations. That's when Marquez finds it harder to avoid his punches. When Pacquaio tries to be 'technical' and tries to move his head from outside, i don't think it comes naturally to him and Marquez picks up on that and gets time to time him and out think him. Pacquaio is more unpredictable for Marquez when he's fighting that frentic, herky jerky, aggressive fight.

 

Beating this version of Manny Pacman, is not like climbing mount Everest.

I believe there are multiple fighters out there who can beat this version of Manny Pacman.

The last fight was the shittiest of them all..? People are making out that JMM performance was the boxing equality of Michael Jackson's album "Off The Wall".

Floyd Mayweather would probably stopped Manny Pacman in a totally one sided easy easy fight.

I honestly believe if this fight goes 12 rounds! Manny Pacman wins! No matter what JMM does.

There is no way JMM wins this fight over 12 rounds.

 

Manny is up against it big this time, what with that worse than clueless ***** Adeliede Byrd lined up as one of the judges. I see marquez getting the benifit of the doubt this time, it's all stacked up for it.

I was at the MGM for the last fight & thought JMM pinched it, but on reflection after watching it on DVD i had it a draw or 1 point either way. I watched that primetime shyte with Benny "Dickhead" Ricardo commenting & it was truly atrocious. I then watched it on HBO & i agree'd with Howard Lederman most of the time, JMM blew it.

JMM is not going to win on points, the only way he wins is by stoppage.
