Who has Marquez beaten in the Welterweight Division?

Aside from Pac, he fought two unknown fighters which cannot be considered a sterling record. Marquez is overrated in the welterweight.
He waits only for Pacquiao, and avoid the rest.

 

I'm just wondering if there is any welterweight title at stake here. If there is, it's a bogus one because Marquez has not proven to be best welterweight contender.

 

At what weight is he fighting Pac now? Hello, are you watching boxing or you probably haven't gotten my point. If he's a lightweight, then he has no business fighting in the welterweight. Oh, I got, he's just following Pac for the money or business as they say.

 

Question: Would Marquez get a $3M pay if he fights another boxer in the welter?
Obviously no. That's the reason why he waits for Pacquiao, gets Pac's goat by saying he
won the 3 fights, and presto! He gets the fight.
