.....after his nose job! He hit Margarito with bombs, throwing right hands for fun then he fought Floyd and we only seen a few rights, drew with mora and he was poor then Pac and Canelo he threw jabs at best. I loved Shane but did he get gun shy or he just couldnt pull the trigger anymore?

I believe Shane Mosley started getting gunshy after the Mayweather fight because Mayweather was countering everything Mosley was trying to do.
After that he got into this mindset where he was afraid his opponents were gonna know what he was gonna do before he did it because that's what it felt like against Mayweather.
Mentally, Shane Mosley was shot after the Mayweather fight imo

perhaps he just got old. it happens. and being off stroids probably has a lot to do with it as well.

True Mayweather mentally beat him like Hatton. The only guy who hasnt seemed to be affected is Marquez...an all round great great fighter!

Actually performed half decent against Canelo. Let his hands go.

Shane Mosley was never the same after the first Vernon fight, and that's the truth.

    This.

Margarito was a very favorable style match up. A great win all the same, but it was a one-off performance for him post-Forrest.

the shopworn mosely threw more punches in rounds 10-12 against the 154 canelo than he did against both the 147 pac and mayweather.

in fact, canelo only threw 16 more total punches than mosely in the chamionship rounds.

many of shanes fight took place at 154 post vernon and he never ducked anyone.

shanes not a 154 and never was. like cotto and floyd, hes just too small. only douchebag esb forum members that dont know **** speak bad about shane.

give him his props for fighting winky, a guy everyone avoided including floyd.

prime winky absolutely schools everyone at todays jmw.

some of them he toys with; play-fighting you might say.

Christ, Mosley has been slipping ever since the judges gave him the gift over DLH back in '03 at 154 pounds...... Losses to Forrest and Wright kinda' tells the story there...

Waiting for the apologists for that ******* Margarito to say he should also get credit for ruining Shane because Mosley's 0-3-1 since their fight

Shane was so-so after 2001. After that his win rate was like 50%. People like to think Shane was more because they can use his name like Cotto, Mayweather and Pacquiao did. The truth is the guy was on serious decline and that Margarito is a just a bum without bricks.

You obviously think more about Margarito than "the apologists" do.
