PPV main events almost never start before half 4, and usually don't get going till 5, whether its in Vegas, New York or wherever.

All three other fights started at 5, Mosley/Pacquaio, Mosley/Mayweather, in fact most big fights start at 5. Can't think of one of my head that didn't, maybes some Brit fighters are put on a bit earlier for viewing reasons.
