Marquez says he spent 4 1/2 months prepping for this and knew heading in he had the speed and strength to do it.

Marquez says after he saw Pacquiao throwing the 1-2, he stepped right and threw the right hand and hit him flush and knocked him down.

Marquez says he knew he must remain calm. He knew it would take patience, even after the first knockdown, because Pacquiao was still dangerous with one punch KO power of his own.

Marquez says he did get caught with a good punch, but he knew he had it in him to come back and win.

Marquez says he is going to rest and enjoy this with his family, to whom he dedicates the victory along with ?? (the Mexican president?)

Pacquiao says he was anticipating the uppercut but wasn't expecting that right hand.

Pacquiao says it was a nice shot, and sometimes you get hit.

Pacquiao says he thought he was taking control as of the knockdown he scored. He reiterates that he was never expecting that punch.

Pacquiao says next is "back to training, back to fight".

Arum says "Why not!" to a fifth chapter.

Arum says this will go down in history as a ring classic.

Pacquiao is asked if he WANTS Marquez again, and mumbles something noncommital about "It's up to my promoter here...I don't know..."

Been looking for the Marquez KD over his sparring mate with the same type of punch, where his sparring mate emulated the jab-jab-left of Pac and Marquez just threw his right and his sparring partner just dropped.

I can't see a Pac vs Marquez V without drug testing. Not saying Marquez is on anything, but you have to wonder. Otherwise, it was a great shot from Marquez that probably would have knocked anyone into dreamland.

Great fight and a great warrior in Juan Manuel Marquez and he is in the top of mexican boxing, I fully support him but that last comment about the mexican president was really bad, because this mexican president is the complete opposite of Juan, a lazy, cheating politician that robbed many people has no dedication for his job and to serve the people that voted for him, he is like bob arum a lying cheating *******

Great job Juan you deserve this victory

For those of you who read/watch Hajime No Ippo, that shot by Marquez really really reminded me of Miyata's Jolt Counter.
