could of but didn't. And the guy who beat Pacman was a guy Mayweather beat easily, but to be honest maybe Marquez deserves to be where he is . He had the guts to fight everyone. Floyd really messed up his legacy. If he thinks beating Marquez is the same as beating Manny. He is wrong.
If he beat Manny now after Bradley and Marquez both beat him regardless of bad scoring, it will not mean as much.

Pacquiao fought the hardest opponent he's ever faced four times. That's a fighter. Mayweather, whatever else you say about him, is not a fighter. ***** and moan all you want, but the truth will sink in sooner or later.
