If someone calls you a ***, and you're not a homosexual, then you really have no reason to be offended. It's just a stupid phrase. If someone calls you a spastic and you're not suffering a mental or physical handicap, you really have no reason to be offended. It's inappropriate, but not actually offensive. Calling someone a spastic doesn't meant I am insulting all people with a handicap, unless I went up to one of them and called them a spastic. I wouldn't call someone a N***** because it's not actually an insult in any way, shape or form to be of black descent. But Louis CK explains it much better than I do.
Go ask a disabled person if they find the word spastic offensive. I'm pretty sure "not if you say it to a non disabled person" won't be the answer
Ok, I will. I'll ask the guy at my work in a wheelchair, or the lady with nerve problems, or the guy with near-blindness, or the guy whose left ear has little range if they find the word offensive. Being offended is a choice. However, calling you a spastic is just fun.

I rated him higher earlier in his career because maybe I could see him becoming something better than he is right now. His stock has gone down with me. Can't believe he still slaps with his right hand so much. Even his jab is a poor pawing one most of the time and a good stiff one very few times. Staying on the ropes as much as he does will be dangerous when he steps up. Also, he really doesn't have a lot of power (partially because of poor punch technique).
His flaws are correctable and there is a lot to work with. Tightening up his punches and condition him to take and hold center ring and he'll be a different fighter, a much better fighter. It's not a lot to learn, but he does need a new trainer and pronto
