Well....they're both getting on the radar in American boxing circles. They both have Tupou as their recent showcase win, and both beat him convincingly.

But yeah, there'd be no money in it, and the loss might be difficult to overcome.

Jennings is a pretty good prospect he dominated most of the fight. I like his movement and his jab and combination punches. That upper cut was excellent. The only bad moment was when he got caught by that big left hand but it caught him as he was moving away and it landed on the top of the head which can take your legs away. The good thing I thought was when he got up his legs seemed stable, he wasn't flopping around the ring like Seth Mitchell was.

Guys likeGlazkov, Szpilka, Dinu, Mago are just as unproven as Jennings and Tyson Fury has been put down hard by a weaker puncher than Tupo.

Jennings is a work in progress and shouldn't be pushed to far to fast, he needs another 8-10 fights before fighting for a title (if he doesn't get beaten first) and until that happens it's difficult to gauge his ceiling, there is no point in making stupid prediction about someone.

All of them aside from Dinu are at a similar level as Jennings. They're all fighting often, being brought along at a rather fast pace and deserve to be commended for it. Now that Dinu is a full time fighter with a promoter hopefully we'll see the same from him too.

Glazkov and Hamer are fighting and i would like to see some of the other prospects do it too. Mago vs Jennings perhaps.

    Well, let's see:

He got hit exactly one time in 4 rounds, and managed to partially duck even that blow.

He came back immediately and finished that round strong, showing tremendous heart.

He completely dominated the fight, yet kept his cool and showed tremendous patience.

He landed a lot of vicious body shots, which is unusual for a HW.

He showed excellent footwork and speed.

His accuracy was the best we've ever seen from him.

He ended the fiight with a 1-punch KO.

    Yeah, he really sucks!

Hamer was offered the fight with Jennings but turned it down. The winner of Hamer vs Glazkov would be a great fight for Jennings as they are fighting on NBC, maybe that could get made. I would love to see that as it would be a 50/50 fight or the Mago fight or Jennings against any of the other prospects. Jennings should mix it up next year fighting a couple of good prospects and 3-4 decent journeymen.

Boytsov is the biggest disappointement in HW boxing he hasn't done **** and probably won't step up in competition until he's something like 35. as of now Pulev is probably better but he is older and more experienced Jennings will probably improve more he's a pro for only 2 YEARS and he's already fighting good competition and he's fighting 5 times a year which of todays boxers is fighting that often? He is pretty much the opposite of Boytsov

    Ya know:huh

I mean haterz gonna hate, but as another pointed out.....Tupou is a monster puncher, and is a far stronger puncher than Pajkic who KDd Fury similarly.

The fact that Jennings ended the round effectively shows he's got good recovery skills.

Sometimes, a 260lb fighter is gonna KD and even KO the 220lbs fighter when those kindof shots land. But Jennings, wasnt about to let that happen. He went straight away back to his gameplan and got his 2nd consecutive dominant KO win.

    BTW-

Very good interview with Jennings (pre Tupou fight) here:

He seems pretty humble & intelligent.

Some of our more delusional Brittards should also realize that Jennings still holds a full-time job as an a mechanic. Combine that with the fact that he's only been a boxer for 3 years (no amateur career) and if you're still not impressed with the guy, you must be sucking the Queen's balls.

He clearly was moving to the wrong side of orthodox opponent still green.. but will get better.. not the best prospect.. Eddie Chambers is the best boxing bigman from America.. Malik Scott is best prospect fi still consider prospect

Agree with Glazkov and Dinu, but Szpilka doesn't look great and Mago was badly exposed by shot McCline last time out.

If Szpilka doesnt look good to you i dont know how you think Jennings does, Szpilka has very good footwork and movement, reflexes, handspeed, counter punching, good combinations, respectable power and has shown a solid chin fighting 4 rounds with a broken jaw against Mccline. If Mago was exposed so was Jennings. Mago ate a flush shot he didnt see and was less affected by it than Bowie's glancing punch that took Jennings legs away. They're all solid looking prospects imo.
