    And no, you do not get an automatic 5 minute break with every foul that is committed. It is the refs discretion that determines whether or not a foul is worthy of a five minute reprieve.

    A foot stomp would not seem to warrant five minutes, unless you "trip" and somehow have your face imbedded into the ring mat.

    This is one of the first tricks you learn as an amateur...okay it's not technically legal but does it.

    Also, as far as I know stamping on someones foot does not make the lunge at you with their arms by their sides which was probably more of the reason for Pacman going to sleep.

    Read this thread, watched the replay and Marquez fouled to produce the KO. Whether or not it was intentional doesn't matter. The foul is there.
