I'd say Liston pre Ali and Foreman pre Ali,
Haglers a good shout too. And Sugar Ray Robinson pre first loss flawless fighter flawless record would have been very hard imagining somebody beating him

Another guy not mentioned yet is Ricardo Lopez. He's probably the single most difficult guy to topple and lose a fight I've seen. He just had that not losing a fight eye test for a ton of years. And in divisions where guys are long since washed up at 25 & that undefeated amatuer career as well. Highest of pedigree's.

I would say it was Tyson! In retrospect there are guys many/most think are more intimidating or have a more deserved reason to instill fear...but I cannot remember any other fighter ever having that kind of energy about every fight they had!

In a lower weight I might say to a lesser degree perhaps Tito Trinidad!

Prime Tyson would have to take the cake I even when he didn't have a single noteworthy fighter on his resume and was basically still a teenager people were talking about him being the next all time great and a few years after that he was hinted at becoming the greatest heavyweight ever.

Foreman pre Zaire would be a close runner up, he was dubbed as the hardest puncher ever, 40-0-0 with I think 38 KO's, destroyed Norton and completely dominated Frazier.

    Tyson, Liston and Foreman

Except that neither Foreman nor Liston got a chance to reign very long

So let me get this straight. Your suggesting that you thought Hearns had the 'Greatest' aura of invincibility yet you lambast Leonard even though leonard had already stopped hearns previously???

    I dont get the logic:huh

i understand you dont like the guy but your logic dont make 1 shred of sense
