    Bad analysis.
First off if PAC fights marquez again it ain't breaking no records, hell it probably doesn't even sell 1.5
You pacturds trying to make it seem PAC being knocked the **** out was a great thing for PAC, clearly it doesn't, that ko will haunt PAC forever, it was possibly the biggest ko in the history of the sport, ppl will be talking about it forever.
I told a friend about the ko yesterday and he said," didn't mayweather dominate marquez?"
How PAC getting iced by a past prime washed up 40 yr old lw is good for PAC is only a thing pacturds could understand.
PAC was iced by a counter right, pacs team admits they have trouble with counter punchers and that the obvious reason arum kept PAC away from mayweather, true fans know this!

I think everyone is getting to defencive against the OP. Again, with these threads you confuse what the point is with hatred for a fighter or back up of another. The guy knows Pacquiao got knocked out, so why post "KO6" and ****? Infact, I'm pretty sure he used KTFO, which is pretty much the harshest way to word it.

He's just making the point that Mayweather cheated himself out of the career highlighting moment that Marquez is currently enjoying. Now, he thinks Bob Arum will throw Pacquiao's potential fight with Mayweather to redeem his status under the bus just to checkmate Mayweather and never give him that oppertunity.

He isn't speaking down on Mayweather's skillset, his current status or his abilities. So why get defensive?

It takes a special level of willful ignorance to even have this thought. It then takes an even more epic level of fail to actually commit this ignorance to a message board for public consumption, and then attempt to defend it.

I didn't think it was possible, but you are actually embarrassing hardworking and earnest so-called '*******s' with this.

Seriously, Paulfv either kill yourself or get a girlfriend. You can't continue to live like this.

    1) I'd say it sells quite well because the fight was shaping up to be a complete war. Pacquiao will want the fight the exact same way...as will Marquez.
    2) It's not the biggest. It will highlight the rivalry and pushes it to be one of the most epic ever, but it will go down as a KO on an end of career Pac (which it shouldnt) and an amazing moment for Marquez. Nothing more.
    3) Styles make fights. Does your mate know that? Pacquiao beat Hatton quicker than May. I JUST PROVED WHO IS BETTER. OMG, HOW HAS NO ONE THOUGHT ABOUT THIS?
    4) Watch the fight man and dont let your hate of Pac put down Marquez' achievement. Marquez right this second is anything but washed up. This was the biggest moment and win of his ENTIRE career.
    5) I dont think they kept him from May because of that. I agree he does have trouble there, but in that instance they'd have kept him away from Marquez 4. It's all the other **** that stopped the fight from happening. Promoters and trainers blind themselves into thinking their fighters would smash everyone, I'm sure Arum thinks no different.

It's done on purpose. Don't worry about it.

These are Mayweather fans and 'friends,' so I expect nothing less. They are trying to help Mayweather turn the narrative from what it is to what they want it to be.

The damage is done, though. There's no going back. No amount of Floyd fan posters on an internet site or Fight Hype interviews is going to change things.

Floyd had his shot, and didn't take it.

Now, JMM gets the glory Floyd could have had.

That's the way the game goes. You roll the dice, or not. Floyd did not, and he lost.

It's all over, SJ. JMM killed Mayweather's legacy. Well, he helped kill it. After Floyd didn't make the fight.

That's how it works, my friend.

Yeah, it doesnt take anything from Floyd's current legacy, but it could have been so much more if that 1 punch belonged to him.

Anyone who doesn't understand the 5th fight is going to do INSANE box office isn't probably worth talking to. That is either plain idiocy or, more likely, the words of a "Floyd Guy" who doesn't want a fifth fight to do well.

It doesn't matter. Fans want blood and guts, not stick and move. This was as entertaining a war as you can find, and the Latino audience, for one, will be buzzing like crazy for a 5th fight.

Let me explain something to you that you might not know.

This site is filled with people doing Floyd's work, in one way or another. People with multiple accounts, etc. Are they on Floyd's official payroll? I have no idea. But the effect is the same.

These are the people trying to 'refute' what I'm saying. They are trying to change the minds of people like you.

Just want to give you a head's up.

I work for nobody. This is just my own observation of the situation.

    Exactly.

The reason why people dont like Pacquiao (which I always have, just felt he was never as good as hyped) is because of his unrelaistic fans also known as "*******s". These fans will alledge Mayweather, a guy who has been bred & raised to box since his birth, was scared of pacquiao, but yet these same people never saw or even heard of him (MP) until the ODLH fight, smh.

So in a way it's good for the sport that he got knocked out ... not becuase he got hurt, but b/c at least now some of the casual fans who jumped on the MP train are getting off at the next stop.

That KO was brtual! Hoepfully he retires. He had a great career, made lots of money and became a political figure in his country. Why keep on fighting?

Only thing is, he just extended his contract for a cpl years. :-(
