Elite athletes are the ones who best respond to PEDs. It's not about natural ability anymore. Has a filipino ever won a gold medal in boxing? NOPE. It's not in the genes. How long has the olympics been around?

 

How can anyone say that they don't have some sort of suspicion about Marquez after reading this article? Or at least not rule out the possibility? This guy obviously knows this stuff cold and stated that most of his drugs are simply undetectable and that he's always trying to stay a couple of years ahead of the testers.

 

now that sounds racist. the talent is there. but the lack of proper facilities, funding, and training is what is lacking. and how many pinoy boxers do they send in the olympics? probably around 1-3 fighters only.

 

This again shows the failure of the testing but my golly Marquez looked a hell lot stronger than ever before. He was punching like a light heavyweight.

I made a comment to my wife last night about this very thing. What do Pac, Marquez and Nonito Donair have in common. They are all ranked in the top 5 on the P4P list and all have strength trainers that have been involved in doping at some point in thier histories. To me, Pac is the most obvious. Look at his last 3 fights. They all happened after he found god and swears off all things bad, that would include using PED's. His first fight is with Marquez, in my opinion he lost. His next fight is with Bradely. although he did'nt get the decision he won but, it was'nt a classic Manny performance, and his third fight after finding god , he gets knocked out badly. Marquez moves up to fight Mayweather and totally gets out classed. He get s a new strenght trainer and fights Pac at 147 and looks great against a fighter equal to or better than Maywether. Not the same man that fought Manny a year or so before. Then he fights Manny again and puts manny to sleep. All this at the age of 39. Nonito Donairs strength trainer is Mr. Conti, the main guy at Balco. Nonito makes really good fighters look below average in speed and power. I'm not accussing anyone but would any of us be suprised if one or all thre of these fighters were caught fighting dirty. The elephant may not be in the living room but, it most definately is in the house.

 

And? Are you saying he doesn't know anything about the actual training?

There's footage of him training with JMM on 24/7. Ariza worked under him for a while apparently, says his methods are good.
