You are right, the one motivated now will be Pac as he will be looking for blood. A motivated Pac is very dangerous and its a Pac we haven't seen since the Cotto fight. That is if they make a Pac/Marquez 5 (IMO though they should both just retire).

Manny can only fight Bradley now, anyone else is a disgrace.

Taking dozens of hard headshots and getting your face beaten to a pulp vs. suffering a one punch knockot are two different things. Marquez got a broken nose, and his face chopped up . Pacquiao got some bruises. Pac's been checked out, he didnt have a concussion or anything, he's fine. It's the mental aspect of the KO affects you more then anything else. See Roy Jones. The question also has Pac's chin cracked or been deteriorated which could be the case.

No ****. But it didn't happen. No matter what, he knows he made a mistake and he will do his best not to make that mistake again.

He has two solid options, Bradley or Marquez. Though I would prefer he takes a tune-up first.

Pac was motivated for this fight and dangerous and got knocked out cold.
Guys are going to start gunning for Manny's chin now with everything they got. Guys use to respect the **** out of Jones's speed, power and combinations. Soon as he was knocked out by Tarver mother****ers was rushing right in and going for broke. Best thing for Manny is to skip April and heal. Stay in the gym in top shape and work on his craft. Work on a jab, defense, etc.

With that kind of violent knock out.....A LOT of time the fighters never come back...or if they do...they aren't the same fighter. It ****s with their confidence and makes them more cautious.

For PAC that would end his entire career...PAC needs to be a fighter who pulls the trigger...not one that thinks and then attempts to pull the trigger. On Saturday Manny was letting his hands go and was looking sharp.....How he looks AFTER that devastating Knock Out is a BIG question.

Maybe your right...maybe skipping a spring date to allow more time might be good for Manny. But you know how boxers are who have heart...Most of the time they go right back into the lions den and attempt to reverse what happened. I don't think Juan would be his first choice if he is to fight in April.....I would think Manny facing someone who is durable but not a devastating puncher would be a good way to test the waters.

Who knows....Manny might not be the same after this...I hope that's not the case but that was a ****in' violent Knock Out...It was like a train wreck....It was scary...but I couldn't look away.

Marquez isn't going to be healed by April and like someone else said it is HIGHLY likely he retires after this fight.

    Bradley is it.

That will just play to mannys' favor. Pac and Roy Jones are two compeltely different fighters. Jones never had a great chin to begin with; though it was rarely tested. Pacquiao can take a great shot, that is unless his chin really has cracked.

I would expect nothing less from a warrior like Pac.

Nothing wrong for coming back for one more farewell fight, but this time is critical for Pac to get out sooner rather then later.

He should have his farewell fight, against Rios, and then retire. Nothing left to accomplish in the sport, but this is the time when boxings cruel grip will start taking more and more from Pac.

Id love to see him retire from boxing, before boxing retires him.... and hes going to be cutting it close very soon. I hope the great Pac retires sooner rather then later. Rios would be the perfect fight for him to do so. It would be a blood and guts war with the fans chanting his name once more, and win or lose it will be a Pac type fight, and he can go into the next chapter of his life having left the ring hearing the fans chant his name in a FOTY type fight.

But if he doesnt use caution here when deciding how many fights he will have and with who, his boxing ending will likely be much more sad.... with his next moments like the ones he suffered this weekend coming to foes much less worthy then Marquez.

He is a little too late in his career to NOW start woeking on that. Fighters like Pac dont last long. See Ricky hatton (minus the out of ring lifestyle)

I still don't understand why Pac chose April, though. Pac has not had this short break between-fights since Marquez II and Diaz.
