Gatti officially inducted into the boxing hall of fame

    Deserves it I think, epitomised the warrior spirit of boxing, RIP.

    Glad to hear my favorite fighter is entering the Hall. He brought a ton of fans to the sport and provided tons of thrills in the ring.

    Good, Gatti might not have been the most talented guy, but he provided so many memorable moments during his career.

    I love Gatti and he was as tough as they come but if the criteria was as stringent as it should be,I'm sorry but Arturo is not a HOF'r as far as I'm concerned.
    Nostalgia,bravery and popularity should not be qualifying issues.Ability,achievement and H2H resumes should be far more consequential.

    I still say gatti beats cotto and gives pac all he can handle, possibly K.Oing him with the same right hand.

    Gatti is living proof that entertainment has to be strictly differentiated from skill.

    Props to Gatti, he deserves it. He's everything a boxing fan loves and did a lot for our sport. I wish his family all the best.

    It's the hall of FAME not the hall of technical boxing. Even people that don't know boxing know who gatti was.
