Pretty much the same way i see it.

Although i think Lopez would've beaten both Carbajal and Gonzales in his prime. He was a better fighter then both all round technically. Depending on how well he carried the weight. Carbajal was too basic for him, although he could punch, Lopez had KO power in both hands. He also had a better defense and movement. He was more fluid with better variation in his work. I see a Lopez decision against Carbajal. I think Carbajal would be the harder fight, he was greater than Gonzalez imo. I think Lopez would've stopped Gonzalez.

I'm going with Hopkins over Toney. Hopkins better movement making the difference.

Controversial, but i think Pedroza would've given Sanchez a hell of a fight. And people know how highly i think of Sanchez. That would've been a super close fight going either way. I think Pedroza might have edged it on the cards.

Norris decision over Whitaker. Just too big and dynamic for Pea. And Pea doesn't have that game changer.

Whitaker decision over Quartey. He wins the battle of the jabs and that's pretty much half the battle won. Just too loosy, goosy for Ike.

Lennox against Bowe would've been a barnburner imo. Lennox would've been aggressive against a big guy like him. I think he would've hurt Bowe but Bowe survives and loses a decision.

Jones decisions Dariusz.

 

Benny Ricardo vs a microphone.

 

Another one is Trinidad vs. Quartey. What a fight that would've been and it really should have happened.

 

I think that they probably missed each other by a couple of years....I wouldn;t have been able to call that fight and I think that Duran would give God a good run for his money

 

A lot of people bring Duran/Arguello up. But was that ever that viable? It's more a fantasy match-up imo. Rather than one we missed out on. Arguello was past prime and 2 weights above his best weight by the time that fight was briefly talked about.

Hatton/Cotto would've been great. I'm going with Cotto in that one.

Frazier/Norton were great friends. That's why they never fought. If they did, i think Frazier would've stopped Norton inside 8 rounds.
