I made a thread on it... Screw Mayweather. Boring as hell... These two guys are more exciting and just as great.. Them 6 rounds were more exciting than Mayweather's whole career - how you feel about that then Floyd?
I made this point in a thread yesterday. I said, what we'd just witnessed was better, far more exciting than anything we'd see in a Mayweather/Pacquiao fight, and it's the truth. It was a 6 round war. Both men to hospital with concussion, one with a broken nose. That kind of action is not happening with Mayweather, and that's not a slight against him, but it just wouldn't. So thankyou to both fighters.
Saturday night proved again that boxing, at its best, is the most exciting sport in the world. Give Mayweather some credit for being in an exciting fight against Cotto earlier in the year, though. Twice this year boxing was put on the big stage and it delivered both times. Huge year for boxing.
Pac vs Marquez 3 was a snoozer. *******s is very insecure and butt hurt right now bc their idol kept flunking the Marquez test while Floyd made a 100 in one try.
I'd still love to see Pacquiao-Mayweather, but the sentiment towards Floyd after the KO on Saturday for a lot of people watching was "Where the **** were you?" No answer seems good enough really.
I don't think you'll see mayweather and trade with PAC. Likewise I don't think you would see PAC make an effort of chasing Floyd. Either way, 5 will be the final closure for both men's careers.. Please let it happen in Mexico city.
Floyd fans are butt hurt. Their hero didn't even watch the fight live. Mayweather had zero intention on fighting the winner.
