Only if he knocks them both out within the first 6-7 rounds.

2 6 rounders then yeah 2 12 rounders, very unlikely unless he blasts the first one out early

DeGale gives him a much harder night than Groves. Groves chin is dodgy, very dodgy. He's frail, weak physically. No good against Froch.

nah 24 rounds is a long time,if he fought groves 1st he would stop him in the 1st 6 rounds,as tffp said groves chin is a tad fragile, degale is solid.
I would love to see it though, froch has been one of mt fave fighters for years, and i don't mind the other 2 as well, degale as made himself more likable now, groves is ginger, but i will forgive him

Froch would knock Groves out in 3 rounds, probably get a late stoppage over Degale.

Carl is a 15 round fighter anyway IMO.

I think he just maybe has or had that look.

There is no real evidence for this as far as I can tell.

    I agree.

He looks stronger than he did a couple of years ago, but still vulnerable to someone that can land the right hands, his defence is brutal.

Froch has more than enough to put him away in style.

Nothing wrong with shagging red heads. The problem I've had is that they've all been temperamental.

If there's a fighter who can punish James DeGale when he lays against the ropes it's Carl Froch! He destroyed Bute every time he fell into the ropes. DeGale would have the speed advantage in the centre of the ring, and his counter punching and movement would cause problems, but can he keep Froch off for 12 rounds?

Groves is a very smart boxer, who's improving with every fight. How would he get on against Froch? I'll watch Groves-Johnson this weekend then make my judgement

Fight Groves first, he is wide open, likes a tear up which would suit Froch, man vs boy, Froch KOs in a 3 round war.

    Then beats Degale on points.

Froch would KO the pair of them but I honestly think DeGale gives him a harder fight than Groves.

James' style is slick, awkward and hard to plan for (like Ward's). Groves is just a straight-forward banger with some boxing skills. If Groves slugged it out with Froch he'd be KO'ed in six. I can see Froch maybe stopping DeGale later after being given the run-around.

DeGale could definitely be a world champ at SM, he has the skills and talent (he didn't win a gold medal for no reason). He just needs to really smarten up on the mental side and improve his very leaky defence. Could do with changing trainer as well, Jim McDonnell has taken him as far he can.
