Can't really blame the lad Ice, he's doing it in quick time so it won't really hamper his progress too much.

Had a feeling this wouldn't happen also, would of been a decent watch.

By taking on Chisora there would be a very real chance he WOULDN'T win it outright AND would lose his titles.

Towers is as everyone else said below Tom Dallas' level.

Skelton KOd Dallas and Tor Hamer KOd him in under 30 seconds :patsch

He doesn't have to fight one after the other though, does he....he can have non-British title fights slipped in between, just to move him along if nothing else.

Just back from this event, Browne won easy against the stand-in. Stopped in 2nd or 3rd round.
I was stood right next to Hatton at one point. Decided to give the afterparty a miss.

But winning it outright after beating Harrison, Skelton & Towers must be the worst outright reign ever? If it was Harrison, Skelton & Chisora it would add a little bit of difficulty and credit to actually winning the belt outright.

There isn't really anyone in the division, Towers has a padded record but it looks alright to an average viewer. Chisora still hasn't got a British License has he?

Agreed.Other than Fury and Chisora cant see a heavy who wouldnt be a mismatch in GB.I think hes got to have the non British fights to push his career along, dont think hes got time to play with like Fury. The first one of the 2 to a European title can get in front, although Pulev a hard proposition.

I seem to remember watching a show a while back and after the live fights had finished a British guy, I think it was Towers? Faced somebody who I think was French and got knocked down, almost KO'd but won? Is t his the same guy?

    If so he's terrible!

Good, entertaining fighter. The boy he fought has decent pedigree, though don't think he hits very hard. Thought Tso looked in bother in the first round, then worked the guy out. One of a few good fights on the card. What did you think?

Next time Tso fights in the Philippines I might head over for it, good excuse for a trip.
