    ..and yet no mention of Abner Mares at all. Mares has beaten much better fighters than Broner has. What about Froch? He deserves to be ahead of Broner, without doubt. What the **** has Broner done to elevate himself above Donaire?!

    I honestly don't think Broner deserves to be ranked ahead of guys like Gamboa and Matthysse. He's not a level above them. ****ing 5th pound for pound is a joke. 6 fights ago, the guy needed a gift to beat Ponce De Leon.

    Pathetic. It shows you how being arrogant can influence people.

    froch was just taken apart 2 fights ago.....hardly a reason to be ranked above broner

    Ye agree, top 5 is for the proven fighters with proven resumes and who have held some significance in the sport for a period of time......its not for loud mouth prospect, realistically Broner is a prospect, he isnt proven vs the elite.

    Both him and Guerrero being above Mares and Viloria is some bull****. Broner is top 20 at best.

    I think Broner is a possibility for top 20. I don't think he's a lock and I could easily see him being ranked 20-25. Guys like Froch and Matthysse have lost, but that's what happens when you fight at an elite level. I'd rank guys who fights the best, win some and lose some, over guys who haven't fought anyone.

    It's bull****.

    There's no way that Broner is the 5th best boxer in the world. None.
