    This is from Eddie:

    Eddie Hearn ‏@EddieHearn
Just to let you know we have asked for @SpecialKBrook fight to be put back 3-4 weeks due to an injury. I wanted to flag this up now rather..

    Eddie Hearn ‏@EddieHearn
than run the risk of a late pull out and let everyone book non-refundable flights etc. Will provide further news shortly.

Shitty news, but nothing they can do with injury apart from let it heal. I think the 3-4 weeks is precautionary in case it takes that long to heal.

Good of Eddie to let the fans know early. And the right decision; he didn't spend this long manouevering Brook into a mandatory position only to let him fight with an injury.

Oh come on mate, we all know they want this fight.Injuries do happen and no way he should be going in to this fight uness he is 100% fit.A delay of 3 or 4 weeks is nothing.Explain to me in detail why they would go through all the hoops to become mandatory and then agree to the fight and then avoid it.Alexander is nothing to be afraid of and is a winnable fight if Brook is as good as some people think he is.

    That makes perfect sense......

Turn down Bradley, work to get a mandatory shot & then avoid the world title fight by any means necessary.

Eddie Hearn, the diabolical genius strikes again :-(

nah,not after all that Hearn has been saying about not wanting Brook to be a paper champion. It`s just an genuine injury imo if he wanted an easy fight for a title they should focus on featherfisted paulie Malignagie

Thats boxing for you. You will always get a injury. Also for Kell in a World title fight you want to be going into the ring 110 per cent fit for the fight. It could well be his only World title fight for all he knows. Also make a good show in the US will open up bigger fights for Kell and this is why its a good idea to delay the fight for a few weeks.
