WTF?!?! GTFO! YDKSAB Joke of a list. GGG on #1 because you think he is the next big thing? And Jacobs? Pirog over JJC Jr who actually has beaten better comp? :rofl
http://www.***********.com/sturm-pirog-toughest-beat-golovkin-overrated--46655 Felix Sturm:Without a doubt, the most dangerous is the Russian boxer, WBO champion Dmitry Pirog. He is the most difficult to beat because his style is very complex. Argentinean Sergio Martinez is also very strong, but [his style]is more convenient for me, and the same goes for the Australian - IBF champion Daniel Geale and the WBC champion Julio Cesar Chavez from Mexico.
1) Anyone with eyeballs can see that Pirog is on a completely different level than Chavez in terms of skill 2) Take a look at their resumes and tell me JCC has beaten (and that term is used comically in a few cases) better compitition. Pirog Jantuah - destroyed a prime Rubio at his prime weight JMW, Pirog scored a shutout Jacobs Maciel Ishida Tatevosyan (in only his 4th pro fight before Bute or Froch beat him) Toygonbayev (Carr, Tsurkan, Pestyraev) Martirosyan Kodzaev Mitchell Chavez Molina - arguably lost both fights Vanda - lost Duddy Zbik - clearly lost, outlanded in 9 of the 12 rounds, Zbik then got destroyed and stopped by light punching Sturm Manfredo Rubio Lee 3) Pirog has tried to fight Martinez, Golovkin, Geale, Barker and N'jikam while JCC got his mandatory defense delayed by his poppa Jose Sulaiman until they felt he was ready then got badly outclassed by Martinez but due to his legion of blind Mexican fans and the money he can bring due to his Father's name is getting a rematch because of a single knockdown in a fight where he lost 11 rounds and looked like he didnt even belong in the same ring.
Quillen stands no chance believe me,he's fabricated.Only people that can compete & beat glovkin is Sergio right now I don't see anybody else getting in his way, possibly Pirog as well he's got skill but I don't know if it's enough to get through God of war he's a fuking moster. Can see why ward would consider moving up Before golovkin did lol.
I think it's not always about the resume but how styles would mesh in a fight. I think if Pirog showed up like he has since Jacobs he would be in for a fight with Chavez Jr. Chavez is a big guy and i believe can still do something at middleweight against anyone other than Martinez. Which should tell you about the competition undeneath the top two. Even though Golovkin has not yet proved himself. I think the the majority think he will become the next star of the middleweight division and take the torch from Martinez. Although, i don't think we know for sure yet.
I dunno. He may not be the level of Martinez and Golovkin but i think he can hold his own against the rest of them. I mentioned ages ago i didn't think he was anything special. But most of the middleweight division isn't anything special. So i believe he holds his own but may get knocked out in the process.
Ya know......I skipped over it and didn't consider it, but either he's trolling or he's showing his DKSAB stripes.:rofl:rofl:rofl
Rubio was 27-1, WBC Title Eliminator and JMW was his prime weight. You could argue that he was a not quite at his peak yet but if you want to try and claim that a 2012 Rubio in his 59th pro fight at MW against a CW no less was closer to his prime please go ahead and ill be more than happy to laugh in your face. Oh and thats JCC's 2nd best win btw. People claiming his resume is better than Pirog's is amusing.
Matter of fact is that Rubio was ranked in the top 10 at MW when Jr beat him. Now you are here saying that Pirog beat the man that beat Rubio back at JMW? A beats B, B beats C so A beats C. Like if we haven't seen that before where its not always the case. Jr has a better resume than Pirog and there is no way to turn it around. Jr has up to date beaten three MW that were ranked when he fought them, Pirog has none! Face it.
Said nothing about the quality of Chavez's win but am merely laughing at your utterly laughable spin on Rubio-Janutah and in turn Pirog-Jantuah. Please let me know who Rubio beat at 154 before or after that fight, not just his record. Likewise feel free to tell us how close Jantuah himself was to his prime weight and/or condition when Pirog fought him, since those things would be significantly more important criteria when evaluating the actual quality of that victory.
I dunno, you're using Martinez and Quillin's struggles against better opponents to criticize them and boost Golovkin.
