Jermaine Taylor beat Hopkins.

Lucian Bute beat Glen Johnson and Brian McGee much easier then carl froch did and look what Froch did to him.

I like Kelly Pavlik and cannot stand Carl, but Froch wins this fight it any time in Pavlik's career.

 

Not trilogy but a comparison of where each fighter is at. I disagree. A focused Pavlik is more than a live dog in this match up.

I think Pavlik is more skilled than Froch and could outbox him, Pavlik is also tough and would trade with Froch, this would not be one sided but I would favor Froch to win probably by decision.

 

I really like both these guys and this fight would be a war for the first 6 rounds and then Froch would start imposing himself and go onto a late stoppage or UD.

Froch late KO, Froch 2nd or 3rd at SMW against a drunk shot guy who has never achieved anything above 160, you either insanely bias or ad too much meth if you think pavlik.

Pavlik would have had a chance a few years ago.

 

Only seen Froch against boxers besides Abraham.. never seen him against someone who hits harder than him/same style/taller/better chin. Pavlik by brutal KO. :[

 

Not sure if half these posts are serious. What has Pavlik done in the last few years tro suggest he'd even win a round against Froch ?

Froch would beat him up, possibly stop him.

 

What has Froch done in the past few years to overrate him this highly? Pavlik lost against 2 boxers, never been stopped, and when he got knocked down he got right back up and stopped the other guy.. the only time Froch boxed was against the midget Abraham. He knocked out china chinned Bute, got embarrassed by Ward, lost to Kessler, embarrassed and got a gift to Dirrel.. only win I give Froch credit to is Pascal. What warrants Froch to knock Pavlik out or outbox the taller and stronger Pavlik under a new trainer?
