Lewis was ***** he took retirement at the first opportunity, JMM went thru 40 rounds with a guy like a prime Vitaly and KOed him properly.
He didn't just have the edge, he landed more in every round I think. His accuracy was also far higher than Marquez' in every round which is a rarity - in round 5 he landed almost 3 times the punches, 26 to 10 I think...it was the most one sided of all their fights up to the round 3 haymaker and obviously the end of the fight...
Really a TKO6 reference? There are indeed similarities but you should leave them as their own separate things. Lewis stopped Vitali and indeed he might have KO'd him while overweight and not fully focused. However, Marquez scored a straight knockout when he had been training as hard as he ever had in his life and had had three fights with pacquaio beforehand to learn his style. Marquez's was more shocking at the time but the Lewis victory is still more impressive if you take away the back story of the possible robberies marquez had experienced and just look at the fights themselves
My point was more to observe just how one sided the stats favoured Pacquiao, much more than people think. People gave round 4 to Marquez more because of what happened in round 3 but Pacquiao still outlanded him So was more of an observation than to try and counter your point ...though I'm not sure what your point is anyway :yep
So Pacquaio-Marquez confirms what u always suspected....Lewis Tko'd Vitali! Brilliant. Well done. Thnx for the read. :rofl
The only thing that Pacquaio-Marquez confirms is Rahman KO4 Lewis This content is protected This content is protected
