Hey! 40 is just when things really get going. I played my best tennis at 40 yrs old & can't believe thats 20 yrs ago! Don't think about age. If you wanna stay young & are active, workout, do whatever to break a good sweat often, you'll be fine. Age is all in your mind, but you can't neglect the body.

 

Whatever mark, believe what you want. I'm giving Marquez his props, if you want to believe something else, that's on you. It makes me happy that I can look even better once I'm 40
