Well this doesn't make since either because just like Floyd's health comes first, Pac fights for the fans according to him so how is all he was looking for was $$$? That's not true. He fights for fans not money. Pac is a warrior but its a fact his handlers set him up for failure.
I saw it differently. I saw Pacquiao missing a shitload of punches and Bradley outhustling him down the stretch of the fight. I scored the fight for Pacquiao 7-5.
Floyd wasn'r coming to the table and he probably felt he never really beat Marquez, so wanted to put it to rest once and for all. But didn't go to plan
I remember directly after the fight someone made the bold prediction that Pac would split with Roach in the coming months. What a joke. He won't even split with Uncle Bob even though he's probably robbed him of millions by now.
Pacquiao got railroaded alright. JMM's fist was the train coming in at full speed. But I do agree that he has been the victim of some God-awful matchmaking.
How is it bad matchmaking to get a huge payday for a guy coming off a lackluster fight and putting him in with someone he had defeated before?
This is what happens in boxing when the fans see the fights they see. It's bad matchmaking. What makes Pac great is he doesn't two shits about matchmaking. Don't complain about terrible fights being made and then go off about how we are getting the great fights that we want.
I've heard everything now. MAYBE Pac doesn't care much about it, but his promoter and trainer sure do.
