Merchant and lampley are entertaining but I'd like more knowledgeable commentary during fights no cheerleading hidden agendas none is perfect but it's hard to do better than these guys who lived it and did training others fighting promoting etc....Kellerman is cool he can be apart of it cause Friday night fights were grt becuse the matches were good and Kellerman atlas had so much passion for the sport

I like Teddy, but he can't be on HBO. He keeps it too real and would talk crap about the belts, judges, promoters and the other commentators possibly too much.

Lennox should never commentate again. Listening to him was sleep inducing. Atlas and Jones though, along with Lampley doing the blow-by-blow (as biased as he can be), would be perfect. Having Kellerman and Atlas on the air at the same time would be cool also.

    I'm cool with Lamps/Jones & Kellerman.
(They need to replace the blind scorekeeper tho, Maybe hire his daughter instead)

No thanks. I'd rather it stays RJJ, Lampley and Merchant/Kellerman. Atlas isn't a bad addition to replace Merchant or Kellerman, Lewis though is boring beyond comprehension.

    Couldnt disagree more really.

Get Al or Malignaggi from showtime, keep Jim, and keep Roy.

    Perfect team right there.

Why you wanna mess w/The SHO team??

I'm surprised that creepy Joe Tessitore isn't getting any love here?
(No love for "I stare @you while you call the fight")

Why is everyone auditioning peeps anyway?

Everyone knows the team is already set.
Kellerman was set to take the Merchant job anyway & Jones just took the E Steward role.
    Lamps is a lock.

HBO ought to allow B-Hop to test drive the commentary/analyst seat.

No, but just because of Lewis, he was horrible, and they already have Jones for the technical commentating which Lewis sucked at doing.

While I think he would be a good with a little more seasoning, I think his promotional ties to Golden Boy would disqualify him and rightfully so. They made Jones sit out Broner-Litzau since he had some type of promotional affiliation with Litzau.
