    He said this as he saw Donaire taking unilaterally year round drug testing. As a promoter he would "insist" that prior to a fifth fight, both fighters agree to undergo random drug testing.

    VADA is better i think, they'll test just about everything.
    WADA you have you be over a certain ratio for them to do the drug scans.

    Something like that.
