Yes, against a pillow-pawed Russian-based Armenian named Albert Ayrapetyan.

I went to that fight. Cleverley was awarded the belt before the fight, without ever having to fight for it. Kuziemski was his first defence. Cleverley has won the British, Commonwealth, European and WBO World Titles, all without having to beat a champion! Each was for a vacant belt.

According to boxrec, that dude went 11 rounds with Martinez almost 8 years ago. I'd be surprised if we see another KO1 from David.

Most Canadian main events start at about 2am UK time from my experience. I suggest tuning in earlier though.

Voros is a Hungarian tomato can. He is 4-10 (1).

Young Filipino and Ontario native Pagcaliwangan is making his sophomore appearance in the pro ranks, having scored a knockout in his September debut.

He is coming out to some hardcore crunk and wearing an executioer's mask with a sleeveless hoodie.

1hr 45 minutes to burn through 7 preliminary bouts? (three of them 10-rounders) :think

Nah. Pascal and Kuziemski will be walking to the ring much, much later than that. Maybe closer to 4am UK/11pm EST.

admittedly it's been a while since i watched this fight, but by no means do i recall Clev whipping him. Kuziemski was landing pretty flush fairly often before the fight was stopped. I think if he had some pop he'd have put Nathan on his arse.
