For the european title in cruiserweight division. Both guys are pretty unknown for the big audience but tomorrow you will see some great fireworks in this match up! :good I feel there is a high possibility that this fights steals the show tomorrow! Don't miss it! It's on Abraham-Bouadla card. I guess Masternak is ''supposed'' to win this but Haapoja is as tough as man can be so this could be very interesting. What do you think? [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5pXJmDWZjjk[/ame] [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xtyfkEFpKAU[/ame] Haapoja by tko!
Yeah this is the most certain one to pick. Masternak is faster and better technician. Masternak must keep his mind calm and be tough when he needs to. Haapoja's will is something that is almost impossible to break. He is so tough and determined badass.. It might be the force and edge if Masternak can't handle it. After this fight we know lot more about Masternak toughness.. I'm sure that Haapoja will test it if nothing else :good
Haapoja's latest fight.. At the weigh inn Haapoja was angry cause Versaci said that he will turn the crowd to cheer against Haapoja.. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z37607ZvXAo[/ame] Masternak's latest: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xtyfkEFpKAU[/ame]
Congratulatios for Master and poles. He was way too skilled Haapoja... His jab and combinations on rope did alot of damage. What can i say.. Haapoja is tough guy he just does not have the skills.. He sure has not bad chin either... Masternak might do big things in future.
Congrast to Poland! Masternak was too big, strong, slick, skillful.. Can't find enough words I was very impressed! Haapoja did his best and got trough with couple of hard shots. Big respect to Haapoja, heart of a lion! He took monster shots without blinking. One of the bravest performances of the year.
Masternak is in an exciting division imo, the cruisers get criminally overlooked been some exciting fights there over the last 18 months/ 2years. Masternak is clearly the number 1 fighter coming out of the next batch of cruisers and should be looking at a world title fight by the end of 2013. A few fighters there to be taken, Wlodarczyk could go at any moment he was losing to Green until he got knocked out. I might at some point regret in saying this but I think Huck has now seen better days; far too many wars and the move up and back down from heavyweight may have taken something from him as well. Eddie Chambers is a welcome addition to the division also. Some more good fights can still be made.
Good thoughts man.. :think Certainly great match ups coming in cruiser... and Master and Chambers are damn good additions in already packed division.:thumbsup
tbh, Lebedev is the #1 man right now at CW JPH and Huck both got BS decisions last time out, on the downside, Lebedev hasn't beaten any of the top guys though (other than losing a robbery decision to Huck)
