I really hope Wilder doesn't **** the bed in his first fight on the bigger stage vs his first worthy opponent hahaha I'd love to see an aggressive exciting heavyweight climb the ranks. being on showtime is so good for him though, if he puts in a good showing he'll be a regular and some decent people have a reason to fight him. right now who wants to fight a big punching scary dude with little hype and little money on the table, a good showing here could change everything for Wilder.

Wilder is a joke, he should be embarrassed with who he's fought. I cannot imagine a scenario where this guy is actually the real deal. I've seen footage of him hitting the deck as amateur and I assume as soon as he steps it up to a real level he will get starched.

I'm not impressed with what I see (yes very athletic with some pop but so raw) and the way he's been handled can mean nothing else.

Did you see the last opponent he had? His 25/25 streak is as bad as Tyrone Brunson's streak.
