Looking over the top fighters at 140, there is no safe fight for him:

    -Marquez (not gonna happen)

-Rios (would destroy Khan but with Top Rank)

    -Garcia (already KO'd Khan)

-Judah (gonna lose to Garcia and Khan beat him impressively already)

    -Matthyse (too strong)

-Alverado (lost to Rios, with Top Rank)

I suppose a Garcia rematch or a Matthyse fight make sense since they are with Golden Boy but I don't favor his chances.

I read on ESB that Golden Boy is looking at a fight with Josesito Lopez in April at Staples Center.

Forgot about Joesito. The guy broke Ortiz' jaw and fought like a G against Canelo. Unless Canelo beat something out of him, Lopez is a tough night for Khan.

They're actually really close friends now, lol. Paulie was just in England a couple of weeks ago and hung out with Amir's brother and Amir's best friend. And Amir already beat him.

Kell Brook will coax Khan into a world title bout at 147 if Brook should beat Alexander. Genuine needle there.

I'm thinking a couple more light punchers until late 2013. One fight won't regain total confidence plus he's still new with Hunter.

I doubt Khan leaves 140 until after a rematch with Garcia though.

Ive always said that Amir wouldnt get the big PPV payday till he avenged his loss to Breidis Prescott.
