Sauerland wants Abraham vs. Dirrell II in Germany next summer

Dirrell just said recently that he doesn't want to fight a champion overseas.

Who knows were Dirrell's career is going at this point. He's basically fought 1.5 rounds in 3 years. I think he really screwed up by not taking the Stevenson fight and by not being on board for a possible fight against Bute.

 

Imagine that. Dirrell makes a statement saying he won't go oversees to get robbed and suddenly Kalle Sourland is saying he is making an offer? This fraud has known how to work the gullible for a long time. Abraham is back in Germany where he can direct the referee like he did AGAIN last night. Abraham is going to have the same MO for choosing opponents as he did when he was middle weight "champ". We saw an example of that last night.

Whoever I spoke to and met Abraham said he's the nicest guy around, and regarding his opponents, he signaled at the ref on multiple instances that it's maybe time to stop the beating before he unleashes some more (Taylor 12th round, Oral 10th round), yet you manage to hold one - ONE - career low against him hitting his opponent during an adrenalin rush just like Roy Jones Jr. did in the 1st Griffin fight or Manny Pacquiao in the 1st JMM fight, and you're demonizing the character and career based on that. Oh and I don't think the Sauerlands are any worse than the Arums either, or Germany is a worse place for a visitor than the US, but you've already decided not to be objective on the matter. You are right, the SMW division is at a weak point and it is a time where somebody who has done nothing like Dirrell could have a possibility of winning a SMW title, but I just dont think he will take the chance.
Look at how American and American based SMWs cant seem to win in europe. they seem to get scared and freeze on the occasions

Dirrell is an awesome fighter
but he deserved to be blackballed so long by the major networks after refusing to fight Ward and inventing dr Shaw Hi
if he still wants a big payday i hope it will be by fighting Abraham in Germany with 2 Armenian and 1 German judge

 

What top fighter is there for Dirrell to fight? He says he won't fight in any of the Champs backyards so that rules out Kessler and Froch, he also says he will fight Ward but only when the time is right and he has titles so that fight won't happen yet.

That means outside of a Pavlik fight a Abraham is a good fight.

 

If everyone assumes Dirrell gets robbed, then he really doesn't have that much to lose if it happens because fans and the media are already pricing that in to the result.

The bottom line is if he cares about making the most money possible, he'll take the fight.

If he's worried about protecting his "1", he won't.

If I were his camp, I wouldn't take the offer because I don't think my fighter knows how to fight and win on the road. He fought the Froch fight like he was the home fighter and showed a startling lack of awareness for the fight environment. Couple with that with the legit concern he may get robbed, and this fight's not gonna happen.

Instead, he'll replicate the Winky Wright experiment where he sees how much money he can make by turning down multi-million dollar offers and fighting nobody.

 

You are forgetting his memorable acting when he claimed he should be awarded a KO victory over Dirrell only to switch gears and claim it was DIRRELL that was acting when shown clear proof that he fouled. Yep, nice guy. Couldn't take his first defeat without vilifying the man that beat him fair and square. GTFOH with that bull crap on what a nice guy he is. He proved himself to the world.
