Pacquiao is untouchable, get a decision against him and you're off the network, get a knockout and you're on PEDs. What else is new?

It's not even Lampley, it's HBO Sports pulling the promotional strings for a 5th fight. They want money and there is no low they wouldn't get to generate some, I mean they are showing crying wifes for shock value, knockouts to half-dead fighters and joking around with Filipino tsunamis, why not implicate JMM is on PEDs if it suits for their 2013 plans?

It's not just Jim Lampley, though. Pretty much every media outlet states their suspicions with their articles. Even NYTimes had an entire article questioning Marquez. Questioning fighters is a good thing, because the more attention it gets the faster some proper drug testing gets implemented. And when that happens, stupid threads like this won't even exist.

Not everybody passes. Peterson and berto didnt. If they want ost then put it in the contract. If not **** tests will have to do and until marquez fails one he should be considered clean.

 

Come on man, some research before posting? Peterson got caught with blood and urine testing, and berto got caught with the same.

Agreed, and he did it on an international broadcast, in no uncertain terms, with zero proof.

Any small respect I might still have had for the clueless Jim Lampley went out the window after that statement.

He should be banned from broadcasting. Heck, Juan should sue his ass.
Lampley isn't just clueless about boxing, he's now the biggest **** in the sport.

honestly im suspicious of pac as well....pretty much suspicious of anybody/everybody except donaire at this point.

I hold marquez in high regard, just thought he was above working with a guy like heredia....seemed out of character.

 

It doesn't matter if he's "guilty" or not. What Lampley said was slander, and the manner in which he said it is inexcusable.
