    Youd rake Mayweather through the coals if he decided to fight Amir Khan at 140. But Its ok for Sergio to come down right? How bout Sergio move up one and take on Andre Ward? Oh yeah Serg's health comes first lol. *****

    Trout i can see, horrible style for anybody to fight+huge size advantage, but Canelo? I like the kid, but what has he done so far that makes you think he beats Mayweather?
    As for the Ghost, he'll keep pushing and making Mayweather work, but he's too slow and hittable, i think Mayweather gets in that pocket or just fights of the ropes and counterpunches the bejeezus out of him.

    Edit: I also don't think Canelo is Mayweather's size TBH. They match up pretty well height wise, but what does the kid weigh in the ring? Surely somewhat beyond 150-152 like Floyd does.

    THe ghost is going to make him work ,and Canelo is big and ready to step up folks keep thinking he is green for some reason dude is real dont sleep.

    he doesn't get much credit for it. A lot of people take it for granted and accuse him of ducking guys at middleweight, when Floyd is a small welterweight himself. There are light welterweights his size

    There is still a size advantage in Martinez's favour in a Mayweather vs Martinez fight, this thread is about fighters Floyds weight on fight night.

    I wouldn't mind a Martinez vs Floyd fight at 154 lbs though.

    Thanks for your clarification. And you're 100% right. When Floyd fought Hatton, his critics blasted him for fighting a 'small guy', but Hatton routinely weighed in the upper 150's on fight night, way more than Floyd.

    To answer the question, There aint a mother****er alive today ( in the boxing game ) that can beat Floyd Maweather at 147 lbs. You can mix it or match it, analyse or over analyse , you can shoulda woulda coulda, don't give no ****. If they get thier ass in that ring at 147, it's a wrap.:bbb
