It is not AA's place to do that. He does it as a 'hint'. Seen it way too many times in his fights in germany.

Some really sorry axeholes here don't have one complete brain amongst themselves.

Watch the ring interview with Abraham. He clearly admits to knocking out Dirrell and doesn't understand why he wasn't awarded the KO victory. When he is shown a replay where it is obvious Dirrell is down he immediately changed his story and said Dirrell was "acting". He never renounced that or apologized for that despicable behavior. You guys can try and twist what I said as much as you want. Again, this is all documented. It is too late for Abraham to give a sincere apology. That is what makes him scum. This is ALL on the record guys.

Roy Jones had quotes after the AA/Dirrell fight that seemed to indicate he was in denial about the Montell Griffin fight still. He's scum too, right?

he would probably have to get the approval of Dr Shaw-Hi before even considering this type of fight.

Dirrell should take whatever is offered to him. He's in no position to try and bargain anything better for himself. All the talk of natural talent, athleticism and potential really means nothing at all.

    For sure.

Dirrell should jump at this if Abraham really wants to give him a rematch...

But I have no idea why they would do this because I think Dirrell has a really really good chance of winning.

Arce took a knee when Donaire KOd him yesterday....

Why is it only bad when AA does it?

The only reason I can think why it gets different treatment than others who have done it is because Dirrell went unconscious (or to some acted unconscious). Hitting a fighter that quickly after taking a knee or falling down is not too uncommon. You see it all the time. You just don't usually see someone go unconscious and have all the dramatics (and later claims of neurological problems).

Having seen the fight a several times it wasn't anywhere near as blatant as say Marquez-Barrera. Another time that never gets mentioned, and I don't remember if it was mentioned on here at all after the fight....Margarito hit Cotto after he took the first knee (obviously, that would have taken a backseat to handwraps later on down the line).

Point being, it happens a lot (certainly not a good thing thing). I think the only reason why this was blown up is because AA was respected as a massive puncher (this has dimmed over time) and Dirrell went unconscious.

Abraham must be chomping at the bit,he gets the chance to KO Dirrell legitimately.Everybody knows Dirrell was on borrowed time in that fight.Had Abraham not judased him,and Dirrell not given an Oscar winning performance,Abraham would have stopped him before the final bell anyhow.
    Dirrell,all the tools,but zero heart.

Absolutely no relevance to what I'm talking about. Poor, poor misdirection attempt.

    :huh

It's not a misdirection. I'm just seeing if you are consistent. It's a similar situation.

Roy Jones never apologized. Still is pretty much in denial about it.

Is he scum? And should his career be wrapped around it?
