    It's a bit rich having a go at Australian Boxers who go on to fight the best in the world. No boxer on the planet was going to stay with the Roy Jones that Kelly fought. Any Australian fighter that steps up and fights legitimate world class fighters gets my respect regardless of the outcome. There's plenty of pretenders in this country that get by fighting inferior imports and claiming that they are world class, but lack the faith in their own ability to step up, travel overseas and take on the best.

    Regardless of how he earned it, he got himself there as fought the best. What more could he have done?

    He actually fought 2 ibf eliminators in the US Vs jones sparing partner Billy Lewis so in actual fact he did earn that mandatory position.

    I disagree, I am tired of Australia being the laughing stock on the world stage, as fans we need to let our fighters know it is not ok to feast on bums and build up a ranking then emabarass us on the world stage.
