Eddie Chambers vs David Haye. Who takes this one?

i like haye, but dear me, delusional fans,

atleast if Chambers and Haye did fight, we would have a fight worth mentioning, instead of that onesided embarasment of someone saying 'YES I CAN' for promotional purposes.

Chambers is saying his got a good chin, i believe him, but Haye's bombs are pretty accurate.

the haye harrison farce was a joke, he didnt even want to fight, Fast Eddie would of came to fight, i no it.

Haye did take the easy route, who wouldn't want to take less punishment? Eddie would of done the same thing.

Earl you should shut up. Haye is my favorite fighter and I would probably root for him if he fought Eddie but you're just saying this **** because you have the chance to troll a pro boxer personally. And it would probably be a good fight but it isn't going to happen, I doubt that Haye is still fighting when Eddie moves back up to HW and I doubt Haye is interested in any fight beside Vitali and Wlad

 

Yeah but laughing at a professional boxer for being knocked out makes you look a *****. I voted for haye KO but doesn't mean I have to be a douchebag to Eddie chambers, can't even understand why you're trying to wind him up...

He's on here saying he'd beat Haye and i'm telling him he wouldn't, simple

He's saying he's got a better chin, a better resume, saying Haye had it easy while he had it tough, he's talking nonsense.

Iv'e got nothing against Mr Chambers, but you can't just say stuff like that and expect everyone to go "yes, mr chamber sir, whaterver you say"

 

Fact is Haye has not had an "easy" career.

he didn't have major backing, he had to go over to france and be the opponent for peanuts against Mormeck, who was highly regarded champion at the time.

everything Haye did he did with no help, you think Mr Chambers would understand that.

Everyone has a go at Haye and his resume, Haye fought a lot of good fighters, many times in their own back yard.

Fragomeni was seen as a 50/50 fight

Mormeck was the favorite

Enzo was seen as 50/50 who lands first

Valuev was the betting favorite in the ring

Chisora was seen as 50/50

Ruiz was seen as a good chance to do a carl thompson on Haye

Barrett at the time was seen as a good first fight at heavyweight, not picking an easy one, people gave haye props at the time for picking barett

Fought Wlad in germany and did no worse than Mr Chambers, who gets respect for his effort

fought Carl Thompson as a novice, Thompson was a seasoned pro with very good wins including stopping chris eubank, and a former chapion

Johnsen, Kelly and Gurov were all seen as decent fights at the time, certainly in with a shot

Yet people always take the **** and I've had enough

Yeah just thought the way you put it was a bit harsh about the klitschko knock out, although I would probably agree haye has a better chin.

personally think he gets way too much stick for his chin.

People rag on Haye because he's so full of himself. He claimed he would bring excitement back to the HW division, yet he barely fights anyone, and was a complete chicken against Wlad. What's not to hate?

Chambers, on the other hand, is a fairly humble guy who just trains hard and does his job.

 

When he says "easy time" I think he's talking about as a heavyweight. Haye did not have to work his way up to Wlad, instead talked himself into the fight.

I agree, Haye is severely under rated on this forum, but that is only from Americans who are bitter that their heavyweights are burger king gold members or Europeans who are riding the Klitschko's nutsacks.

Haye is a great fighter, as a fan I wish he fought more and I believe he would KO Chambers mid-rounds. I just don't think you trolling a pro boxer is a respectable thing to do, especially when you don't get in the ring yourself. Gives off the image you are an internet warrior with balls the size of a squirrels. :good

Answer me this question, just one question, no hyperbole, no excuses..

If Haye was a complete chicken agaist Wlad, how would you describe chambers against Wlad?

 

I don't understand how using movement around the ring means you are chicken. How do you feel about when Haye was against the ropes, hands down, and Wlad was hesitant to engage and let his hands go?

If anything they both fought carefully. Calling someone who steps in the ring with a guy who is 6"6 and 30lbs heavier a 'chicken' is a joke, I guess you would be Rocky and go toe-to-toe right?

 

Chambers came forward the entire fight. Sure, he got completely schooled, but he didn't run. He gave it his best & has nothing to be embarrassed about.

He also didn't claim ahead of time he was going to knock Wlad out, nor print t-shirts that showed Wlad with a decapitated head. He also didn't fall on his face repeatedly, while desperately trying to land punches from too far away, because he was too chicken to actually engage.

Chambers also didn't blame his lil' pinky toe for his loss.

and we all know how that ended for him
