Yeah. Fight looked more like a sparring session than anything, though. Andrei ate a decent shot or two without being rendered unconscious, so that's a positive. Apparently he came into this fight with a back injury, so that might explain why it went the way it did.
You could tell as soon as the first bell rang he was stiff. Props to him for still fighting and winning. A better fighter surely would have cold clocked him as he could barely move his head. Thanks for the upload!
cheers for that, I'm a big fan of Arlovski. If it wasn't for his chin/defense he'd be my favourite fighter.
at one point andrei was one of the best fighters in the world to see him like this is just painful :-(
I like to see him back in the UFC... :conf I'd also like to see Sergei Kharitonov in there too just for some nice stand up wars. Lynchburg

Kharitonov will make a nice addition to the UFC. I'm back on Andre's side since he soccer kicked Tim Sylvia. I doubt the UFC will bring Arlovski back unless he goes on some kind of phenomenal win streak against the best fighters not under ZUFFA contract.
arlovski didn't look at his best (little out of shape for his standards) and a little stiff, so to still get the w is a positive (guy didn't look like a total can). still worried bout his ability to take shots from elite hws, but he's probably worthy of another shot at the ufc. but i wonder if he's not financially better off staying with fledgling orgs like onefc and wsof where he probably makes descent money with less risk

The only reason he isnt in the UFC is cause of the way he left. He's entertaining and always comes in shape. If he had an iron chin, he could be a dominant force, as it is he's a gatekeeper\contender with all the tools to upset top 5 fighters.
