If that fight was anywhere else it would have been a very close fight....SD or possibly even a draw. Rematch would be great if Pascal beats Cloud (fully expect him to) and Froch beats Kessler. It was an excellent fight and both dudes proved their worth for the first time stepping up vs each other.

Pascal would ambush him and stop him.

On the radio today, Pascal mentiones he would like to fight Bute...

I would really like to see this fight happen at 175 +

Pascal's stamina would play a major part here. And Bute would have a lot to prove.

Who's really the best in MTL?

All this said assuming Pascal's shoulder is 100% cause if it's another one hander, he's done.

This fight should be made before Bute V Froch.

Massive fight for the locals and the winner gets to seek redemption in a Froch fight.

I totally agree! This would be one of the biggest Canadian fights, and realistically, it needs to get done sooner then later!

Pascal is in really bad shape though, he has zero cardio at the moment. He could never keep the pressure on like Froch did. I think Pascal hits harder then Froch on the flip side though.

I see Bute winning this one...

Ward has better infighting, middle-distance fighting, counter-punching etc etc

    He's not just a speedster

Hear me well, the rounds were close, but I they still were at the end in Froch's favour. And yes, we see different on TV, having camera ring side and all the replays and everything...

The best way to watch boxing, other then seeing yourself gloves going to your face, is to watch on TV. Still more fun to see it live, but you see more when on TV.

He didn't stop Diaconu and Bute is a much better Romanian than him.

If they know how to build they can make it even if Bute loses to Froch in the rematch.

Have someone here seen the last Pascal fight? Even before his injury, it wasn't nice at all. He lost the 2 first rounds against a very, very bad fighter. Pascal is consistently out of balance and does not have the same assets as Froch. When he gets hit, he goes backward. Froch keeps coming, and that's exactly what ****ed Bute.

Anyway, Pascal has an agreement with Dawson for March. He likes to ***** Bute when it is impossible to make a fight. That must be the eighth time he does that.

Pascal is not Froch and I'd pick Bute any time.

A year ago I would've said Bute by decision. Now...I'm not so sure anymore. It's still I fight I hope gets made someday if Bute regain his confidence. Would be great to watch.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that Pascal is all wrong for Bute. No matter what the circumstance leading to the fight expect Bute to be scraped up from the canvas like one of those small french pancakes.

I've haven't seen the fight yet, was it so bad for Pascal? I mean Kuziemsky, did cause Cleverly some problems before the british stoppage.

Bute looked like a shot fighter in his last bout.

Let's see what Bute looks like before anyone starts picking him to win any hypothetical match ups that aren't against complete no-hopers.
