carl is a great fighter but come on Bute frooze on the big stage and carls last opponent well?
Burns has beaten a ex world champion in Moses with ease and Kevin who many on here thought would knock him out

 

I'd say they are pretty equal to be honest, neither are doing f*ck all spectacular here. OK Carl WAS, but what about the last fight, I mean what the f*ck was all that about? Eddie Hearn at his finest, they know not to throw him back in with Ward instantly, they want Froch to win a few before they contemplating another exposing at the hands of Andre SOG Ward.

Carl aint even on the same planet, they wont tell the TV and media that though, Carl is still the best thing going.

My f*cking arse. His new found attitude since being under Hearn stinks, I used to support Frochy when he was a nobody and didnt get any exposure, now that he is getting it, it has gone to his head.

Whereas Ricky Burns is still the same bloke, grounded and humble outside the ring, he deserves the big fights, but due to FWP, he aint getting them and he is stagnating over here....dont even get me started on the latest mess.

What is Ricky doing from now until the next fight, is he still in the gym training if he was having a fight? Is he having a prolonged break? Whats going on? Cus he aint fighting this side of Christmas.

What did you make of all that Bill? Bit of a catastrophe, Ricky was powerless n all. :scaredas:

The day Ricky actually gets in the ring with somebody on Bute's level will be the day I **** Nicole Scherzinger.

Hindsight is playing a terrible role in reducing the significance of what Froch did to Bute so brutally.

 

Bute was pretty feared beforehand.... Ward didn't fancy the job quite clearly.

Froch was receiving public pleas from the likes of Steve Bunce to fight a couple of bus drivers, because he was in danger of being badly hurt by Bute.

Alright, Bute probably isn't all that but the way that Froch took him apart was simply stunning. Hair raising stuff.

Burns executed Mitchell just as I said he would all along, nobody in their right minds (Vano aside ) had Mitchell beating Burns.

The Moses win is probably better than the Mack one, but Mitchell hasn't ever been in the top 3 of a division the way that Bute was (and probably still is) with several back to back KO wins over decent, if not world beating, fighters.

If Burns had of beaten a Walsh/Ocampo then he would have had a better year than Froch.... I mean C'MON Bute froze nut:nut
